We have changed our company name to "Rexxam Co., Ltd." from "RyuSyo Industrial Co., Ltd." when it marked the 50th anniversary of its founding in 2010. “Rexxam” has the meaning of the “greatest king” because it is the combination of the words for Rex (king) and Max (maximum).

We have challenged a wide variety of fields based on the electronics technologies that we have acquired for many years. In a rapidly changing business environment with the globalization, the most important thing for us is to challenge everything aggressively with the mind of customer-oriented.

We will continue to venture into new fields as “a group full of curiosity about development” and will make a leap forward in future.

Corporate History

1960	Kaoru Okano established RyuSyo Industrial Co., Ltd. in Junkei-cho, Mimami-ku, Osaka and was formally inaugurated as the first president.
1968	A new factory was established in Konan-cho, Kagawa-gun, Kagawa to expand the production capacity and started to manufacture automotive components, electronic components and others.
1981	Increased the capital stock to JPY48.8 million.
1985	Keiko Okano was inaugurated as the second president upon the death of the founder, Kaoru Okano.
1988	Kagawa Works was renamed as Kagawa Factory in commemoration of 20th anniversary of the factory.
1989	Opened Tokyo Branch Office as the sales promotional foothold. Moved its head office to Chuo-ku, Osaka.
1993	Entered the ski boots industry and released "REXXAM".
1996	Acquired the certification of ISO9001, international quality assurance standard. Started to produce locally-brewed beer. This was the first locally-brewed beer in Kagawa.
1999	Acquired the certification of EN46001, European standard for qality assurance of medical devices.
2000	Shinji Okano was inaugurated as the third president.
2004	Acquired the certification of ISO14001, international standard for environmental management system.
2005	Received the official visit by Mr. Okuda, Chairman and Mr. Mitarai, Vice Chairman of Japan Economic Federation Survey Party.
2006	Opened Nagaya Branch Office as the sales promotional foothold in Nagoya.
2010	Changed our corporate name from RyuSyo Industrial Co., Ltd. to Rexxam Co., Ltd. on January 1st, 2010.
2013	Received the official visit by Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, Prime Minister of Lao People's Democratic Republic.
2014	Integrated manufacturing and sales of electonic medical equipments.
