Visual inspector (AOI) is used for inspecting the the mounting state of the parts on the PCBAs.

Sherlock-3D-1100S
In-line type capable of inspection in 3D
- Significant improvement has been made from 2018 model.
- Inspection speed is improved by approx. 50% when compared with Y2014 model.
- Part frame automatic creation function is introduced.
- 12mm camera (resolution of 12μm) is mounted.
- Precision and speed of examination for color and solder are improved by using the RGB illumination together with white illumination.
- Luminance unevenness of the illumination light is improved by introducing all-round lighting sysyem.
Sherlock-500L
In-line type capable of L-sized boad

- Additional installation to the existing line is easy due to slim body.
- Inspection speed is improved compared to previous model (RPT series).
